Ernie: I understand you also are not happy about the delay's. And it is easy to sit back and critisize. Bur it really is the same old sh*t, excuses with no substance. I deal with audits often. It would not be unlikely that only one person was asigned to this small audit. But the workpapers and audit trails are documented all along the way, without subjectivity. And periodic reviews are held with audit supervisors. To many pieces don't fit. The auditor is so sick he won't be returning soon? They have to put new people on it? His work is not trusted enough that it must be re-reviewed? To have significant valuation questions and lack of confidence in signoff (how can Stump know when they will be comfortable, and given any change in valuations how can he state at this point the numbers are good? I still have no reason to change my opinions concerning EDII. But I will be here as the mystery unfolds, albeit a bit older. tick, tick tick jmt
