Dear Grim,

when and where in the entire capitalistic world has the market been fair. There is more to this than meets the eye. There is an after-market for a reason and it is not to be fair. It is there to make money. I hope your answer, simple as it souns, is all that is to this.

Had it not been for the strangeness of halting all trading until tomorrow morning, I would have expected INTC to open in the 154-156 area, trade down a little, and then start to work higher as analysts fall over themselves trying to upgrade their 1Q and 1997 estimates.

P.S. Perhaps, while on this thread, it would be best for you to change your name. Just a humble suggestion
