On the surface, management appears to have good academic credentials. I am especially interested in Phillip Windley, their Chief Technology Officer. Does he really have a day to day role in the company? I would like to know more about his role in " having directed development and the design of the site's electronic commerce software applications since its inception in 1994" and I also would like to get a more technical description of that software (in fact I would be satisfied just to get any info about their technology and what they really have to offer).
I couldn't find it on their website and I tried calling their Investor relations, PR, and home office - but without any success in reaching anyone.
