Jeff,

Nice to see the confirmation that all debt was cancelled.

I don't see how anything can be done about Lipsett at this point. I believe we would have to wait until the next AGM at the earliest and even then I'm not very hopeful that the dissident shareholders could get organized enough to unseat him.

I'm desparate for tax losses at this point and wondering if I could get away with selling my PKC now, waiting a month to go by and then buying back in, for the same price as currently. It would seem that the stock has had plenty of time to digest the news of this event by now and therefore should not move much in the next month.
