OK, James, I'm up, I've had my caffeine and I've composed my thoughts, so here we go.

>>grw5, Let me start off by saying, that I don't trust the agenda of anyone that starts off...<<

That's good! You should not trust anyone's agenda on the internet, not me, not you, not anyone.

>>" who then goes on to post a ton of accussations directed at
"non-specific SI posters that have level 2"<<

Granted level 2s got more flak than the rest, but that was because we had already been discussing them. However, I would like to make sure that the others get equal time so I'll repost the parts pertaining to them here
============================================

I know from personal experience...
...that people can and do LIE about being long
...that cheerleaders aren't necessarily on your side
...that the(edit- replace "the" with "some") major holders sell when they say they are holding strong
...that those that appear wise and good can be snakes
...that panic is the result of "irrational exuberance"
...that spikes are usually sharper down than up
...that shorts will cover during on back side of a spike and don't get hurt
...that more people claim to have certs than actually do

...you can't trust anyone during a "squeeze"

That's why I don't support "cert calls" or "squeezes"

============================================
>>In case you did not pick this up, the company itself is supporting the effort to call in certs. and force a short cover and is also taking additional actions that will help to force the shorters to cover : <<

It's great that the co. wants to get rid of shorts. I don't like shorts on general principles anyway, but especially for OTC companies that have more than enough hills to climb on their own. However, and correct me if I'm wrong, mergers involve new cusips and that will force shorts to cover when the DTC clears the books for the new stock.

>>I must doubt that your only intent is to try and "save" DCI
shareholders...<<

I'm glad that you doubt my intent. You should doubt everyone's intent.

>>ALL of the major DCI shareholders that I have been in contact with...<<

OK, but is that ALL of the major shareholders and... even if it is ALL... so, what? They are not bound by any legal obligation to not sell at least a portion of their holdings(and I'm not implying that they should be)

As I said before, when this kind of talk started here I sold enough to cover my initial investment and make a reasonable profit, too, and although I might not make as much as I could have, I absolutely positively won't get burned. So at this point, I don't care who listens and who doesn't. I'm posting this because I wish someone had posted it other places in this strong a language so that maybe one or more people wouldn't get burned.

I also wish that some of the several folks that have sent PMs and email in support of what I've said, and warning me of the heat that I would take, had posted publicly. ... but I understand their reluctance to do so(...and BTW, I don't trust their motives either). I'm a firefighter. I try to help people and take heat for a living so I'm used to it.

I have not accused anyone specifically because I do not have any evidence that any individual on this thread has done anything illegal or immoral. If I did, I still would not post it. I would turn it over to the appropriate authorities and let them deal with it.
I can understand why you and/or others would be offended by someone saying in effect that they are not to be trusted or that they have a hidden agenda. It chaps my a$$ too, because my life, literally, depends on trusting and being trusted. I've had to stop several times in writing this to regain my composure, but I've learned that it is necessary on the net.

I have learned a lot from and have a lot of respect for - you and Bruce and Brad and Joe and others. I thank you, for that, but once a "cert call" and/or "squeeze" is announced I stop "trusting" everyone and encourage others to do so as well. Please do not take this as a personal affront, just a statement of current conditions on the web.

I think that I've said more than enough for my purpose, so I'll close. Please let me know if I'm wrong about the cusip.

I understand that what I've said can be used by naysayers to their advantage, but I still feel that it was important to say it in spite of that. Besides, anyone that has been scared off by what I've said hasn't done enough DD and probably should be in mutual funds anyway.

Best Regards and Good Luck to All,

George
