Carl, Don't worry about Intel and how they decide to manage their 28 year old company. They have proven time and time again that they know how to run this business. If i owned cyrix like you, i'd me more concerned right now with their response to the price cuts and their managements response to mission impossible (i.e. beating Intel at anything.)
