*AV*--Art is not to pleased with this and there is an article saying a s much. He thinks that once again, we are giving the keys away to the mansion by exporting IP (Intellectual Property) outside the USA and not supporting the domestic companies first. Of course, he has to say that since UTEK and SVGI are the only domestic stepper suppliers and both are very low tier compared to Nikon, Canon, and ASMLF.
