Hi, Chuz! Not quite...off by 5-6 points...but very close... :-) This is the point where I start watching (and sweating.) I am looking at 56 3/4 now (eh, round it to 57!!!) The housing market has gone down slightly in SF...but the prices still went up because it's still a seller's market. Sorry, not getting greedy...(the home sellers are!!!) I just some simple math done about a month ago (and doing some now) when hubby dearest and I were discussing when to sell this puppy. (i.e. how much of a down payment do we need...) I am slightly short at this time, but not by much.. I can't wait to sell this puppy, though!!! But I'm a happy camper today!!! :-) Thanks for watching!!! Cheers, Joanna
