I deal with audits often. It would not be unlikely that only one person was asigned to this small audit. But the workpapers and audit trails are documented all along the way, without subjectivity. And periodic reviews are held with audit supervisors. To many pieces don't fit.

typically.... how much time goes into preparing one of these audits? I would guess it would be a real headache with the number of acquisitions that EDII recently added to the list, too. A possible scenario would be appreciated.
