Dave: You should read some of the posts here and look at Yahoo Finance at the last few press releases. All the answers are there. Briefly, this is a NYSE stock so there is plenty of substance here. They are the leader infomercials. In the press releases you will see that site was up for Thanksgiving but I believe netmarket has been up for awhile since I found it by surfing randomly a few days ago. It is good to be cautious and you will be more comfortable with your investment if you do your own DD.
