Walter, it would be very interesting to find out who really floated last weeks story that Indo's were about to approve the ABX deal subject to BXM/ABX sorting out the competing Indo private sector interests?

If it is infact correct, then it should mean that ABX and BXM do not have a legally binding deal as it would still be subject to conditions.It strikes me that such issues would be necessary conditions with regards to binding either party.
