You are way beyond my intelligence level on the technicals of the company (although I feel that the feedstocks RBD uses are more near the peak than the trough in price.)

My analysis goes something like this:
1. Very high quality (A+ rated by Value Line) company with a non glitzy, non-cyclical, highly recognizable product.
2. Near 52 week lows.
3. Little Tikes Division I feel will ultimately be a great addition.
4. You get paid a decent dividend while you wait.
5. A good stock to invest in in a toppy market.
