Maureen, The US NEW and World Report, weekly magazine here in the USA had a supplement on Kazakhastan a few weeks ago. the supplement was published by the Universal News Inc. It was dated Oct. 5, 1998 I found it most interesting as it highlighted the developments and political status in the country. It was very informative and optimistic. as you already know , mobil is spending much bucks there, so they must feel satisfied of the political stability. The supplement by Universal had an address, pi box 4747 Grand Central Station, NY, NY 10163, phone 212 332 0241, fax 212 986 4493. I would suggest you call them for a copy and also see how you can participate in the next issue.

back to kmc, can you bring us up to date on new developments? oil and gold. money in the bank, jv partners etc. what type of promo is in the future and any new brokerage support. well appreciated in advance for any input. thanks. vargas
