Market won't notice 200k new shares. Better question is how many he/she has left. I would do the same if I were the CEO, so the symbolic effect won't be bad. Lots of reasons for CEO to sell other than thinking business is not good.

BAMM was downgraded on Wednesday... look what happened.. These internets will come back down only when traders are tired.
