Not to be a party pooper, but I must ask: Is the technology that bid.com has patented. Not that I can see. Can somebody else design thier own version of this technology? It's proprietary. So. So they start an operation in Ireland. Is Europe that far behind in technology that they don't have a dutch auction site? I don't know. They have Holland. What is the significance of MSFT and AOL on the board? ( I have not checked this out for myself yet, but have seen it posted here ). I am, however, enjoying the sizable enlargement in my portfolio.
