Priced more in line with amzn?

What does this mean? amzn is valued at 18.5X annualized third quarter revenues. Since bamm has basically zero web revenues, and you view the bricks and mortar business as being in terminal decline, maybe bamm should be priced close to $0 per share.

You still need to explain how baam, with its late entry, is going to succeed online. Low prices are not enough. Do a search for online booksellers and check some of the also-rans out. Plenty of guys out there underprice both amzn and bks, but they are still also-rans. They lack the distribution, brand-name recoginition, word-of-mouth, and richness of offering the both amzn and bks have. Online bookselling is a VERY TOUGH business...which is why, as I have said, amzn still outsells barnesandnoble.com by 9 to 1, even with bks devoting massive resources to the online effort. bamm will be a bit player.
