CHAS, I know. I live in SD and when I called to order my computer, a 450, I got a sales person from Salt Lake. I will say one thing about GTW, I love the machine,sound is great but the tech support is the best. Right after I got it I started messing around and got my computer all messed up. They walked me through every thing until it was back to normal.That is service after the sale..Bill
