Hi HiSpeed,

Using P&Fology, the upside target (assuming my figures are correct) would be 25. However, the rs is sell in a column of O's. That's not so good for a stock. However, its affiliation with the 'net could make that current negative relative strength irrelevant, not sure how it would affect the price objective computations.
