"Emile you wrote this: As for "our brother Judah", there is only one way for him to be a true Jew and that is by accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour."
Shalom said: You just don't get it! --------------------- Very true, Shalom! I don't get it from your "brother Judah" theory, I get it from the Word of God. Do you consider "you just don't get" a sufficient argument to contradict the Word of God? I don't think so. The Holy Spirit has given us a clear road map to the identity of the Jew under the New Covenant. Read the Word and try to believe it and it will set you free from worldly ideas!
Rom.2 28: For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart,in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. (What you are doing is calling men Jews contrary to the Word of God)
Col.3 8: But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. 9: Lie not one to another(why do you and others continue to to disregard these clear truths from the Word of God), seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; 10: And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: 11: Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
Gal. 3 28: There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29: And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.(Where have you found brothers outside of Jesus? Certainly not in the Word of God or in the Church. They are concoctions of your own imagination.)
Phil. 3 3: For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.(Why do you put such confidence in the flesh, Shalom?) ----------------------------- |
