Interesting, Gus. But I have a hunch that you are essentially correct. It may not be automatically " inherent" to helical scan recorders....may be unique to AXC.....but it may require a helical scan recorder. Still, a valuable feature - and not only in the video realm . But if it could be licensed to other recording formats ( doubt if it can), I sure think that would be the way to go. Just got back from the mountains of southern Virginia. Great trip, but had to endure a somewhat condescending lecture from my brokerage firm VP cuz ( relating to AXC) on " knowing what you own ". I just smiled. What could I say ....LOL. PS Joe ......lol....aw cmon now..that ain't Ed on Yahoo.. And somehow i doubt that is Bill Clinton, or Hillary, or Nancy Reagan. Next we'll find out Princepee13 is Karen <g>
