But it has been stated BDO Siedman has been there during each acquisition, acting as advisor and auditing the companies prior to acquisition to support management in establishing a fair price. Therefore the complex valuation issues were documented prior to the close of each acquisition and should have no current bearing on any of the delays. then.... can you think of reasonable explanations for the delay of the financials?... the key word is reasonable... no hyping or bashing allowed... colleen........seeker of the truth
