William,

With all due respect, your ITGR is not at all like AMEN. It's a single note tune like KTEL and/or CDNOW. I posted this just yesterday and you could substitute ITGR for KTEL at any point in the paragraph.

<<<That is both the beauty and the absurdity of it.

The absurdity:that after these many months after its IPO, the stock never received the
attention nor the valuation its other brethren received during those periods of time that
were, well, more timely. Here you have a true Internet mini-portal/Etailer that has already
proven itself with top line growth and accelerating subscription rates.

More absurdity is the fact that it is finally on radar screens for, perhaps, not the very
best of reasons ( music website? maybe, though I think the jury is still out on that ),
though allying itself with Nashville and the country music scene is a major Boffo
homerun! ( ( well, maybe IT IS the right reason....). The very best of reasons is its
model, its execution, and its fiercely loyal eyeballs ( again, acruing by leaps and bounds
with each passing month ).

To lump AMEN/DIDAX with KTEL is mixing apples and oranges. KTEL is a music
Etailer and that's all she wrote. DIDAX is an online community like no other---in
addition to being an Etailer ( and of much more than CD's and note that these are CD's,
also unlike most others: read that to mean not much competition vis a vis other musical
venues ). As an Internet community with an upscale audiance that, from what has been
written, sticks close the site, the ad revenues are more varied and future oriented than
the likes of a KTEL or any other single idea player. To lump KTEL and AMEN as
more or less one and the same is, imo, to do so at one's peril.

The Beauty? Well, the beauty is: Finally.

Regarding the opening on Friday? : Up, imo, but more so for the warrants. How
much---not a clue. But has been posted before, the large block trading that took place
yesterday might give us a clue.>>>
