DavidCG, I took your advice and went to outpost to see what they wanted for the software I purchased at egghead last night. COOL price: $28.99 EGGS price: $21.21 It's not a high ticket item, but it is $7.78. I also noticed that the site was slow...although that could be because of heavy traffic. I am an EGGS shareholder (a VERY small position), but am interested in any web site that will save me money and time. I'll keep COOL in mind for future purchases, but EGGS is the cheapest I've found. BTW, the software was Quicken's Family Lawyer 99. Jody
