Here's a prediction. A new operating system should be coming out from IBM (possibly in conjuction with SUNW) for the home PC. Why ? There are enough MSFT haters out there that they will not want to buy a Windows based PC even if it better. Thanks to DOJ, the timing is right. I think there may be initial excitement but they will be unsuccesful. OR I might just be DREAMING. I am looking at IBM stock more so than their business. They won't show decline in revenues until sometime in 2000. How long can pricy mainframes and databases be sold. Paul
