We are getting awfully close to 52 week high. Look for significant selling at this point - from weak hands to strong hands. After a sustained period of a few weeks (four to six) at or above 30, look for a call to convert preferreds. This should result in a savings in dividends which will boost the stock. If LW should decide to "buy back" some shares at the same time, it will turbo-charge UIS. But, I don't expect this to happen. If he wanted to buy back, he should have done it when it dropped to 18.
