I wonder about that too. CD is up today and it is way down from its high. The problem with CD is the lawsuit after the big hit they took. Some people estimate settlement could be as high as $1B. Long term CD looks pretty good but I would not expect it to rise like an internet stock.

I wish that NM would tell us the details of their arrangement with CD so we could value it. I sold for a small profit (lower than it closed at) for this reason. But, knowing these net stocks, it will probably hit $20 and I will kick myself.
