Did somebody say TNT?

Well, I broke down and got one today. Just put it in and loaded it up...it runs. 2D looks fine-its a creative card and comes with colorific. After spending a few minutes tweaking the colors, I just gave up and escaped. Colors looked fine to me...didn't need to spend a half hour working on it...So I ran quake2...sweet. Unfortunately :) The image is VERY nice. After just playing with a Banshee though, I didn't think the difference was that big. Perhaps if I looked at them next to each other I could tell...but, the best resolution I have seen Q2 in before was 8x6- I ran 10 x 7 and it was pretty nice...everything ran well, first time. Transparency in the water was very nice. Much better than I recall on my old card, a *V1* and even the Banshee.

I ran Final Reality. Can't compare scores with Banshee, since the Banshee wouldn't run it. But I must say everything looked incredibly crisp.

Now, I can't say that TNT is the best yet, because as I look at my games to put it to the test I notice...many don't do D3D- Glide only...thank goodness we have that going for us.

Anyway, so far, TNT is pretty damned good...
