I don't know Jon? My view of PT's explanation of positive speculation is that if he were in Nazi Germany during WWII he would have said the Germans weren't trying to exterminate the Jews, they were just trying to get rid of their lice. In other words he tends to look at everything through rose colored glasses.

Ofcourse if anyone buys stock based upon his rather rosy speculation then it's their fault not his. He bears no responsibility for his encouraging statements. Typical liberal IMO.
