Kurlac was wrong big time on Intel. He could have claimed victory when Intel was last down, but kept holding out for it to go lower and well, he flat out missed from my understanding. If true and BB follows him, it could be why we don't hear much about Intel trades from BB on the show anymore. I thought BB was smarter than this, but maybe that is why some people say what they do about him and the semi market.

I help one guy with ALOT of Intel options and I'll just say the he is wearing a watermelon smile as I said "Hold for new highs" rather than listen to the Kurlac drivel... He just emailed me tonight about the BRAND NEW 4-Runner he bought today with the money he saved by holding out a bit longer... About the only thing Kurlac was right on wrt Intel was they missed the low cost market at first and lost some share to AMD and Cyrix. Of course, Kurlac is a big fan of AMD so it colors his Intel judgement. Intel also forgot to have a good L2 cache in their Celery-8) processors and thus were performance shy. They have now fixed these problems, without help from Kurlac and investors are rewarding shareholders.

Sorry for being longwinded, but I can't give much credence to a guy that misses the most important stock in the sector. (as far as I can tell....I stopped following him when Intel bought into MU which was a clear buy indicator to me)

My guess is BB follows someone else. I thought I had the name listed on my site somewhere.http://www.suite101.com/discussion.cfm/investing/2879/latest/75
