How asinine is that report from the Defense Dept. Lots of people I know tell me not to worry. Big business and government will take care of everything. Whew. Lying about tests, and no emergency contingency plans. For nuclear arsenals. Oh I am very sure now, we will have all the electric, fuel, food, ect we need in Feb,2000. We can be sure everyone in the world does the right thing. Don't they always? GOD help us all. Runner
