Thanks, smartin .... yeah, I know, read that in several posts over there. Just wanted Bnezbob here to say it. ..... Well, it's not a good reason, imho, for a company to fail to report even the outstanding and still trade.

If they don't file, they shouldn't trade, I figure. Without up-to-date audited financials or at the very least an accurate count of socks out people are just stumbling around in the dark, fodder for the predator contingent.

That there is a fair degree of SI hype makes it triply suspicious, imho.
