Hi Rich, Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch IPO will be one of December's best. While your waiting you might want to take a look at USAI, they own 61% of Ticketmaster. They were up 4 1/4 today to 34 3/4, expect more of the same next week.

I would expect TMCS to open north of 40.
