Kerry, Thank you.... and your explanation for common delays seen in the release of financials, meshes with what I was told some weeks ago.... that some necessary paperwork was missing on one of the acquired companies... I fear sloppy bookkeeping on one of the companies was the culprit... and not the lack of desire on EDII's part to get the numbers out to their investors. ...it appears that the accountants couldn't find some of the paper work on one of the acquisitions and were having a devil of a time getting the proper information... this was not anticipated, and played havoc with their original time schedule. #reply-6536755
