re: Margin... Margin is NOT for everyone; one must still have the liquidity to cover potential margin calls and to thoroughly understand the double-edged natured of its use. I recommend it to no one. However; I will ''start'' using it as we go below prior lows; establishing new lows. I will use it, because I do not see a prolonged period in that valuation range; and in fact don't think we will see new lows. I think the traders and fund managers will be taking big profits here in year end and putting the cash into the under-valued sectors - ie: the Oilpatch. It would take too much time to totally address the Margin issue; obviously it is for maybe 20% of investors and @ maxiumim leverage - only for maybe 5-10% of investors... However; I strongly believe in the ''anomaly'' factor here; especially in light of the huge stimulus, rate cut packages nternationally. It is no more complex than an issue of when; not if... My only bet is on ''when'' as I allready KNOW which way the supply/demand scale is going to tilt in light of Japan's $195 Billion package, Brazil's bailout, The EU, Fed Cuts ; let alone the natural return to supply/demand balance which WILL be acheived by OPEC cuts alone in due time.... Not for the feint of heart; but I'm elephant hunting here; not looking for a 10% over time return; not that that's wrong; it isn't. But, I clearly see a once in a decade or 20 year opportunity; and I'm in a position to ''go for it''....
