Alan,

It is my personal opinion that the so-called "slippage" with these brokers is not just the result of their holding orders for manual execution for the purpose of manipulating the price. I believe it is common practice for these brokers to buy stock at market, hold customer orders, and then sell to the customer at higher prices for sometimes multi-point profits. MMs do this all the time for scalps. So with a slow broker you get the golden opportunity of being barbecued at least twice on the same trade!! Fun!!!

The simple solution is for serious traders to abandon these brokers in droves. I understand JPR, a Realtick dealer, now offers $10 tickets. I am not with them and know nothing about them, so this is not a recommendation. But if it is true, what possible reason could there be to stay with the slow brokers?

Rick
