Hi Dennis, I saw that amount on my original post. I was wondering if you were going to pick it up. As I said before, selling is nothing out of the ordinary. That's why I'm not concerned. Side note: I work for a company called Watson Wyatt and my specialty is Executive Compensation. I can assure you, I see this stuff all the time. Executives receiving stocks or options (especially in the tech industry) has become the norm. These incentives are used to attract, retain, and motivate executives. Solely basing investment decisions on insider exercises and sells would be very unwise. I know that you know this. OT Great week in the networking sector. Any of you guys who own XYLN sell this week? It seems to have run into resistance. Sup.
