Its your lies about KTEL going bankrupt that the SEC will be looking at. As your good friend to pointed out KTEL execs would not file any 144's so that will help the advance on Monday. When the take all your money away from you, you greedy short, I for one will not be buying apples from you when you are out on the street. KTEL is American as apple pie. Your theory that KTEL is going under is amazing. Did you go out on a binge last night? Keives sold 37 million dollars worth of KTEL stock. What is 6 or 7 million to him to reinvest in a fine family company like KTEL. Guess thats why the float is so thin. Insiders want to own most of the stock because in the year 2010 it will be worth billions. Some smart institution only had to buy 6 million dollars of the stock on friday. That is only about 400 thousand shares of the over 4 million shares that traded. They could buy 6 million dollars of convertibles and get their money back when you cover your short at $50 to $60 dollars a share. It would be a free ride in one of the best companys on the internet. Surprised you are not saying Amazon.com is going out of business on Monday. I have added your name to the KTEL short suicide pool though.

God bless America, god bless KTEL
