Hi Daniel, thanks for the news. Do you think the stock price has factored this merger? The merger was announced several months ago. I am treating this as a positive move by ENVG. I did not know ENVG has that kind of cash. I do not like the stock dilution, but FMI or Pincus cannot sell the additional shares for one(1) year hence.(correct me if I am wrong).

However, I hope WWX looks at ENVG as a possible buyout ;) ENVG price would be an "out of the park" homerun.

I know nothing about FMI. Their sales seem high, but I do not know about any earnings. Has FMI been profitable in the past?(of course, past performance has no reflection on future earnings or something like that)
