Martin and the State of New Hampshire be careful! TFRY reminds me of a company called No Touch, Inc. which came down to Central Texas from Minnesota in 1993/94 and scammed our Economic Development Corporation of two million dollars (local taxpayers money).

these guys had a revolutionary device which would allow farmers to apply chemicals without touching them. they whopped it up on our money till the well run dry. quote from wall street journal, 2 feb 94 "two weeks ago, the economic development board fired executive director and form city mayor Jim French". Just so happens Mr. French was in a small group of secret inside investors, including the town mayor, of the company, unknown to board members. under texas law he did not have to disclose his investment since it was not substantial (approx $4,000). Mayor Jim Schmitz did have to declare his interest either. It was so comical later on that we found out that the group of secret investors used the local bank as the address for their group. Economic Development Corporation was also located in the same building. Cozy arrangement, huh?

this company who claimed to have back orders, never completed one product nor did they ever provide confirmation of any back orders. shortly after this scam was shut down i was driving through Nebraska and stopped at a gas station/feed store and talked with the owner about our revolutionary device... he laughed and said, we have been doing that for years... "we call it lock and load"

i am not an investor in tfry. i am just giving you an illustration of how gullible government agency monies can be gobbled up, especially when you have some local folks who will stop at nothing to make a buck, even if it means losing millions of the public tax dollars. most of the private investors lost their money. they are still miffed to this day of the active role some of us took in stopping this scam which caused them to suffer their losses...

good luck with TFRY!
