StockJock-e & All, the current "base building period" that we are experiencing with Dell is the sixth such period for this year. The shortest period was about 2 weeks long, and the longest period was about 7 weeks long. (Excluding the current period.) The current period, so far, has lasted about 2 weeks. So, you can see its well within the 2 to 7 week periods that we have previously seen. Following four of these basing periods, the stock has broken out and gone to new highs. Stock Bull PS: I am not a technical analyst, so those of you on the thread that read charts may want to confirm my analysis. Thanks.
