Ed: tax loss selling has to come into play. Assuming there's no further news to cause a spike or drop, I don't expect a move of more than 10 cents upward this month with the tax loss keeping the pressure on the downswing. Now, once the deal is done, there will more interest in the "new direction" and less interest in selling, thus ( I hope) a price jump. (btw I hear they are still shopping this around) On registration, I'm not familiar with this, but have been led to believe that the shares would be liquid if the right investment opportunity(ies) come along.
