Well...the stock doubled from the low twenties and it now moves as the AOL stock moves...Hasn't AOL been trading like an internet stock?...

But AOL and Netcenter will be operated separately...Why?...Well...AOL is a ISP via phone lines and is only available to AOL ISP customers...Netcenter is a portal site available to anyone...Now AOL conceivably loses customers...as the future unfolds...to the pricing structure (multi-service on one residential line) and high speed performance of cable TV ISPs...and the portal sites gain customers as the cable TV companies become ISPs...So if AOL loses on one hand...it gains on the other with Netcenter...

Also a merger is not a demise...

But I did want 1/2 share of AOL to 1 share of NSCP...
