With $3.50 per share in cash, you are only paying about 4 1/2 for the INFR software technology, which should be on the verge of huge demand as the E-COMMERCE-INTERNET explosion continues--the need for software for INTERNET self-service and customer support should soar with the growth of Internet E-Commerce. The AOL-Netscape merger should also provide enormous opportunities for the INFR software IMO. There seems to be NIL financial "balance sheet" risk, and IMO, INFR remains one of the cheapest Internet-related stocks on the Street!
