Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce to Distribute
Virtual SOURCE Publisher

VENTURA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 1998--Interactive Buyers Network International Ltd. (OTC BB:IBNL -
news) announced today that the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, serving the five counties of Los Angeles, Orange,
Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura, will advocate and distribute the company's Virtual SOURCE(tm) Publisher (''VSP'')
to its 2,000 members for use as an Internet tool for small business and an Intranet tool for large companies.

''We are clearly moving in the right direction'' stated Robert (''Jay'') McShirley, president of IBNL. ''The Los Angeles Area
Chamber of Commerce brings considerable credibility to VSP.''

The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce is Southern California's leading advocacy organization. Established in 1888, the
Chamber's mission is to help strengthen the economy and communities of the greater Los Angeles area. The Chamber's
ethnically diverse member firms represent a very broad-based business community. Members range from individual
entrepreneurs to multi-national conglomerates and include all sectors of the business community. This wide range of business
interests provides a broad perspective to the Chamber and makes it representative of the total business community, unlike a
single industry or trade association.

INBL will launch its much anticipated Internet version of the Virtual SOURCE network later this month.

IBNL offers two unique Internet services. First is the Virtual SOURCE network, vsource.net, a proprietary on-line
system designed to enhance business-to-business electronic commerce. Buyers use the Virtual SOURCE network to obtain
competitive bids on a variety of goods and services. Sellers use the network to enhance sales opportunities and to provide
product and pricing information to customers. Secondly, the company's Virtual SOURCE Publisher,
vsp.wpg.net, allows almost any user to build his/her own simple Web site in minutes, without technical
training, without specialized software, and without the cost of a consultant.

Seattle-Based Merchant Service Group and IBNL
Team to Provide Internet Merchant Solutions

VENTURA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1998--Interactive Buyers Network International, Ltd. (OTC BB:IBNL -
news) today announced that it has entered into a business alliance with Seattle-based Merchant Service Group (''MSG'').

MSG (http://www.ecashexperts.com), a leading provider of secure merchant solutions on the Internet, will work with IBNL to
promote, sell and provide complete merchant account capabilities for Virtual SOURCE Publisher(TM). MSG has seven
in-house salespeople and additional 11 outside sales professionals within their marketing organizations.

The newly released Virtual SOURCE Publisher(TM) (''VSP'') requires no software or programming knowledge for a site
owner to build and maintain his/her own commerce-ready web site. This alliance makes VSP the only one-stop online package
for do-it-yourself commerce-ready sites. These sites can accept and verify payments in real-time and the merchant account
setup costs are significantly below even the most competitive valid offers (see the cost comparison chart at
vsource.net.

''Since we launched VSP new users have been signing-on at a rapid pace. They are enthusiastic about how easy it is to setup
and edit their sites. Now adding MSG as our merchant service provider really gives us the one-stop solution that so many
people have been looking for,'' said Richard McShirley, Vice President, IBNL vsource.net.

At $29.95 per commerce-ready web site, VSP is now positioned as a superior value for small business. The result is clear
when compared to Yahoo Store, where the cost is $100 per month for the first fifty items offered for sale on a user's site, and
additional items can cost $300 per month or more.

Merchant Service Group is headquartered in Seattle, Wash. Featured products include secure on-line real-time or batch
Internet merchant bankcard service with global settlement in 72 hours; U.S. and Canadian on-line Internet ''check guaranty''
service; all point-of-sale bankcard service and equipment featuring Smart Cards, on-line debit service, check guarantee
services, surcharge ATM cash machines and a full product line of Internet commerce solutions including AT&T Secure Buy.
MSG is an AT&T marketing partner, and a Premier CyberCash Partner.

IBNL offers two unique Internet services. First is the Virtual SOURCE(TM) network, a proprietary software system designed
to enhance business-to-business electronic commerce. Buyers use the Virtual SOURCE(TM) network to obtain competitive
bids in response to RFQs. Sellers use the Virtual SOURCE(TM) network to enhance sales opportunities and to provide
product and pricing information to customers such as Home Depot, Warner Brothers, CBS Television City, B.F. Goodrich,
Technicolor, McDonalds California, Castle Metals, and Georgia Pacific. Secondly, the company's recently acquired subsidiary,
Wpg.Net, has just launched a new website builder called Virtual Source Publisher(TM), which allows almost any user to build
his/her own simple website in minutes, without technical training, without specialized software, and without the cost of a
consultant.
