For some reason, the FAQ is on a server that only seems to take ftp requests, not http. Take this link and copy it into your browser's location box (netscape terminology, maybe IE calls it something else) and hit enter. Then check out FAQ.html. ftp://ftp.sas.com/pub/neural/index.html SI doesn't underline it because it is ftp: rather than http:, but it's still a valid link for a web browser. Sorry if I'm indulging in techno-babble, I can't think of any other way to explain it at the moment.
