Tech,

When Netscape, IBM, Sun, Oracle,Novell are complaining to DOJ, you know they are very worried.

Please provide any evidence that IBM Oracle or Novell complained to DOJ. They never have. In fact I know that NOVL is clearly staying out of this fight between MSFT and the DOJ! So please provide some evidence.

Secondly, its not that they are scared - they are going to take any advantage that they can to take down their competitor (legally). If I were NSCP I would have done the same thing. Dont tell me MSFt wouldnt have used that avenue with the DOJ in order to take down a competitor. We all know that they already use illegal practices - so why not use legal and/or government avenues. Its a matter of "dog-eat-dog".

Even AOL does not want to switch browsers; why ?. If they do, no other ISP would ever offer Netscape, owned by a direct competitor.

Sorry but I have yet to see any decision from AOL or NSCP that AOL has decided to keep IE as an option. In fact I would be surprised if AOL does keep IE around in long term. Be ready to see NSCP replacing IE very shortly.
