Is anyone still here?? -----Physio-Control issued a press release today in response to Heartstream's suit. Physio says HTST's did not specify any particular Physio products or features alleged to be infringing. pcquote.newsalert.com Physio expects the initial matter (the lawsuit Physio brought against Heartstream) to go to trial in late 1997.
