Dave G - yes, warrants are essentially long-term call options. These are exerciseable at $5.75 (I think) and don't expire until August 2002. Laz - I have a copy of the prospectus which outlines the warrant terms. I would try going to Edgar and calling up a recent filing to see if the info is there.
