I think its future financing of projects that's wearing the stock down a little. Got to be some sort of dilutive move sometime. This non-voting business also does not sit well with many institutions.

These guys are some of the brightest when it comes to smelling a winner and can act on a handshake. Problem is the market still treats them as a gold miner. Witness the stock going down as Cominco goes up. Is someone forgetting they own 38% of Cominco?

If they can keep the capital costs under wraps at Antamina it looks good for the long term. The project engineering firm however, is a bit of a gold plater.

Teck might do good by splitting into Teck Gold, Teck Metals and Teck Coal to release some of their value. Lets see how Noranda makes out first.

Damn, didn't get to charge consulting fees for that advice.
