Here's a bunch of stocks that came up on my scans today. Their common thread is a large increase in volume (vs average volume) on Friday and a price increase out of a base:

NETN - Networks North - interactive video programming.

CYLK - Cylink - Secure transmission products

ALMI - Alpha microsystems - I think this is a Tokyo Joe effect stock.

SATH - Shop at Home - Electronic retailer

APII - Action products - tiny toy retailer, reportedly going e-commerce.

Following companies had been rising, AND showed volume increases:

SGDE - Sportsmans Guide - Beats me.

VVTV - Valuevision International - HUGE volume spike - electronic retailer.

BIGE - Big Entertainment - Started e-retaailing with Furby's yet, another incredible volume spike.

MZON - Multiple Zones - e-retailing, volume and price going bananas in the past two/three days.

I don't own any of these. Just thought I'd post them because they jumped out of my scan at me. Almost all of them I know almost nothing about, tho almost all have Yahoo threads, and many have SI threads. They may be worth watching, because almost anything is possible in this market where rules mean nothing - for the time being.

Basically, I guess I'm asking whether anybody else was intrigued by them.

BTW - any of the good people here own ITVU, and knows what's going on? Nice price increases on so-so volume?
